However, most are so small they have limited export operations and sell nearly everything they make in their home country. We have hand selected a few of these international treasures we think offer a very unique buying opportunity when they are sold at dealer prices direct to you.

Don’t worry, we take care of all the details that make the products you will find here a reliable investment. We import it, pay all duties and inbound shipping charges and store it in our own warehouse. We never sell grey market goods or offer products without the manufacturer’s agreement and consent. We can then warranty it, provide US warranty and non-warranty service and provide over the phone tech support for your ongoing needs.

US customers:
There are two ways you can purchase product here:

Call us and purchase via phone and wire transfer.
International Customers:
Only the products for which we are the exclusive world wide source are available to international customers. You will know what is available internationally by an “International Availability” designation on the product page. Due to the high level of credit card fraud around the world, there is only one way to purchase a product for international delivery: Wire transfer. Please contact us via email or phone to set this up.

If I would like to try something I see here, how would I do that?
We understand that sometimes you need to hear things in your own environment. To accomplish a demo, you need to call us or email us and make arrangements.

Is everything in stock all the time?
No, not everything is in stock all the time. We have marked each product page with a designation so you will know its stock or availability status.
1) “Close Out” means we have only so many and when they are gone that’s it, there are no more available.
2) “Limited Production” means we have ongoing supply but in very small quantities. The product may have a wait time of up to 60 days worst case.
3) “Ongoing Supply” means we get steady supply and we normally have it in stock unless a rare event interrupts supply. We try our best to keep the Ongoing Supply units in stock, but sometimes just one sale early in the day before depletes our inventory and we cannot get the site adjusted as fast as we would like. So please understand if we back order an Ongoing Supply item. It likely will be a very short wait time of 2 weeks worst case.

What about the Warranty and Service on items I purchase?
We do have US warranty service on everything you see here. The warranty period is different for many items, so see the product page for the exact time period. Please see this link for more information on how you can obtain Warranty service. There is no International Warranty, unless the customer pays shipping to and from the US service center.
